Local Interfaces Selection Help

What you see before you on this page is a list of every network interface your local machine knows about. This script gets the entire list, every time you load the page, from /proc/net/dev (on Linux) and lets you choose which ones you want to monitor with NISCA. Simply check (select) the checkbox next to each interface you want to monitor and submit the form.

You can set an Alias Name for each interface listed to make your reports more human-readable. Any interface without an alias will be shown on reports using its "Interface Name" from this page.

You can give each interface a maximum transfer speed setting, just like the "ifSpeed" entry on SNMP interfaces. I recommend you do this. :)
