The clFFT library is an OpenCL implementation of discrete
Fast Fourier Transforms which:
  * Works on CPU or GPU backends.

  * Supports planar (real and complex components in separate arrays) and
    interleaved (real and complex components as a pair contiguous in memory)
    formats.
