* plugins: srm7500libusb: Major overhaul.
* plugins:girs: Drop support for LIRC_SET_REC_TIMEOUT, add new
driver option ending_timeout (#302).
- Drop pyyaml-60-compatibility.patch: merged upstream.
- Drop lirc-autoconf-py310.patch: no longer needed.
- Rebase harden_lircd.service.patch and reproducible.patch.
