buildsystem.

not using it).
- Stop passing --enable-smime, --with-gtkspell and --with-ssl to
configure, no longer recognized.
- Replace pkgconfig(gtkspell3-3.0) with pkgconfig(gspell-1)
BuildRequires and pass --with-spell-checker=gspell to configure.
