The search service can find package by either name (apache), provides(webserver), absolute file names (/usr/bin/apache), binaries (gprof) or shared libraries (libXm.so.2) in standard path. It does not support multiple arguments yet...
The System and Arch are optional added filters, for example System could be "redhat", "redhat-7.2", "mandrake" or "gnome", Arch could be "i386" or "src", etc. depending on your system.
dtrx stands for "Do The Right Extraction". It is a tool for Unix-like systems for extracting different archive formats. Features: * Support for many archive types, including tar, zip, cpio, deb, rpm, gem, 7z, cab, gz, bz2, and lzma files. Extra compression like .tar.bz2 is recognized. * Archives are extracted into their own dedicated directories. * All extracted files can be read and written, while leaving the rest of the permissions intact. * dtrx can find archives inside the archive and extract those too.
