The search service can find package by either name (apache), provides(webserver), absolute file names (/usr/bin/apache), binaries (gprof) or shared libraries (libXm.so.2) in standard path. It does not support multiple arguments yet...
The System and Arch are optional added filters, for example System could be "redhat", "redhat-7.2", "mandrake" or "gnome", Arch could be "i386" or "src", etc. depending on your system.
These functions can be used to write XML-RPC servers and clients. You can find more information about XML-RPC at http://www.xmlrpc.com/, and more documentation on this extension and its functions at http://xmlrpc-epi.sourceforge.net/. The extension is unbundled from php-src as of PHP 8.0.0, because the underlying libxmlrpc has obviously been abandoned. It is recommended to reevaluate using this extension. Package built for PHP 8.5 as Software Collection (php85 by remi).
